Biography

Damiano was born in 1972 in Imola (Bo), near the Enzo and Dino Ferrari circuit.

Since an early age, he was attracted to motor racing and sport in general. With hi­s small compact camera, he turned to every corner of the circuit to take some pictures but with very poor results (…none of these was in focus!).

Life led him to do more than photography, but the passion remained inside.

After several years of lethargy, the desire to take pictures resurfaced. So, he started to work in his spare time with a photographer, Marco, from which he learned the job. First small satisfactions and first pictures published in newspapers fed more his desire.

It’s so that the threshold of 30 years, he decided to leave everything to follow his passion and make it his job … … … .. The Photographer

Since 2002, Damiano is a freelance photographer who works with many and various Italian newspapers/magazines and agencies. His images are published in various Italian newspapers and sport and beauty magazines (La Gazzetta dello Sport, Il Giorno, La Nazione, Il Corriere, Sportautomoto, Motosprint, Controcampo, Chi, Visto, Unghie e Bellezza …). In addition to sports, his true love, he also deals with fashion, advertising, still life, and ceremonies … always with the same passion!
